There's been recent investigations into the possibility of at see reloading but will likely need new custom made replenishment ships.

@CarlHigbie Not quite sure where they got their data considering it has the US giving foriegn aid to New Zealand who 1. Received no foriegn aid and who 2. Spent 60% of defence equipment spending on US products.
