Hey @USPSHelp: mailed 1 Lrg & 1 Med flat rate on 2/13 from Co Spgs. Lrg arrived fine in 3 days. Med... didn't. Filed Missing Mail Search & got this today. Tracking shows "delivered." Really? Someone CUT OFF THIS LABEL and mailed it instead of my package. Way to go. #wtaf

Heads up for authors out there:

Findaway Voices (owned by Spotify) just changed their TOS in a manner that makes them no longer viable for any use of any sort. Note the royalty-free irrevokable clause.

The TL;DR: all works uploaded to Findaway can be used by their parent company Spotify in pretty much any way imaginable. These terms give *insanely* broad rights to Spotify.

If you've got books in Findaway, take them out. Now.

@skystracloud Yup, same problem as @Skypix_uk has. Emails too. @HGSupport seems like they can't be bothered to answer my emails, phone calls (some problem with the phone system?) or chat (going on 30 minutes waiting).

@kidsilkhaze We just saw your thread RE pricing & were devastated. As a small press, we had no idea it was that bad. We <3 libraries & helping people read, so we'd like to donate our ~40-book catalog to your library/library system, free, forever. What's the best way to do that?

@kidsilkhaze @DiFantastico @Jessryn4 We've sold hundreds of copies to library systems across the country, so it's not as if libraries aren't buying small press/indie books. The biggest issue is - and always will be, for indies - discoverability. If libraries don't know about titles, they can't know to buy them.
