@nehaguptaphoto You might want to verify that there are factory-authorized service technicians in your area. While the unit is under warranty, any brand will demand that warranty service be performed by factory-authorized technicians.

@nehaguptaphoto A good friend of mine (who sells larger household appliances) tells me that, despite many names on the products, there are very few companies that actually make them. IIRC, he noted that Whirlpool is a brand that makes their own stuff.

@nehaguptaphoto We have a Bosch. Its best quality is its nearly silent operation. Is it super-reliable? It has not been, but maybe ours is not typical. In 3 years, service tech has come out twice.
