@FedEx I paid extra money to have a package delivered by 9:30am, a Bluetooth transmitter was added by FedEx to track, and it was not delivered and the agent can’t tell me where it is. Please explain.

To bad @ColumbiaBankNW was acquired by @umpquabank. Just a horrible experience and it is not even a week yet. Time to find a bank that supports after hours help with online banking. After all business do rely on the customer to perform their own tasks.

@comcastcares xfinity changed my package while assuring me I would not loose anything. Turned out that package wasn't compatible with my system. Now I can't get back to were I was.
