@WTNH Foster wrote this proposed legislation based on a hunch by a constituent that nips are the main cause of DUI’s in the state. No research or data. Also, Foster, “would put money on it not passing.” This is a great use of tax paid time writing a law you know won’t pass 🙄

@Caitlyn_Jenner These comments are disturbing. A teen driver hit my mom and I head on when I was 13, and he died. His neighbor was in my grade and told everyone at school that I killed him. 25 years ago, and it still haunts me to think that if I hadn’t missed the bus, maybe he’d still be alive.
