This was exactly the same scenario as the Henry Nowak murder btw. A normal law abiding White Canadian man politely asked a Sikh indian to stop vaping and blowing the vape smoke at his small child and the indian decided to murder him in broad daylight with his kirpan.

Only got manslaughter which will comes with no mandatory minimum sentence. He could be released on probation.
