@jojomay1 Sadly bits I loved are gone, quiet spaces, walks along the cliffs & seeing no one, kids riding in the back of pickups with wind blowing in their hair but mainly the Guernsey way........a time before overzealous regulation & stupid laws sold to protect ourselves from ourselves!

@GuyPlummer34449 Whole island needs to get organised & stop accepting a poor sevice from gov, people dont put up with it anywhere else......resturants, garages, trades yet seem to lay down & accept a gov which for a long tine does not provide value for money in any area they oversee or control .

@GuyPlummer34449 @RossLeBrun Not saying that doesn't happen, but generally a narrow lane for most normal people would determine thier speed, for the rest I reckon stuffing it in hedge the most likely result at some point or better still granite, was my experience long ago as young driver.

@autosport Remove the driver aids, they were all carter's, they know what the edge of grip feels like, but F1 is also about the engineering, it's not just the driver, I love the technology race too, pushing the limits of the regs is as much part of f1 as the on track action IMO

@RossLeBrun @legrandcourtil True but I think he would have scored high even then he tried once in St Martins and successful in vale when we moved cos he perfected his game, after all it is politics and it was his time then his ideas at another time may not have touched with the electorate, timing is key

Its poss without spending to get your message out there and make yourself a relevant candidate
