@TfL would be grateful for an update as to why the 160 bus is still missing off the TfL go app. Was told it was being reported when I was in contact a couple of weeks ago - Frustrated as journey times are considerably longer when you have to guess when a bus may arrive!

@TfL can you please let me & other passengers know why the 160 bus route no longer appears on live arrivals on your tfl go app? Makes travelling around frustrating as it’s hit & miss when a 160 might turn up!

@TfL I boarded a bus just now and within seconds of paying my fare the bus was withdrawn from service, without moving from the bus stop. How do I get the fare refunded?

@TfL can you shed light on what’s going on in SE12? Had to get off a 160 bus as heading on a weird unhelpful diversion and now made it to another stop and the timers for the 202 & 261 are counting upwards???

Congratulations @Irish_Ferries - hugely stressful morning with cancelled train causing delay but your Holyhead team “processed” a large group of stressed delayed passengers, in a friendly efficient way and I’m super relieved and grateful to be enjoying hospitality in the lounge!

@tfwrail I hear that, but we were lied to! We were moved from one train to a second train with the reason given it had more capacity - far more people now standing! Shocking service!!

Would love to understand the @tfwrail logic and the current service being provided for passengers. Being detrained at Chester with the cited reason a bigger train awaited to ease congestion, there is significant overcrowding & people with mobility issues forced to stand 1/2
