Really disappointed with how @makemytrip have fooled us!

We had made a 4 day hotel booking for around 20K, but due to water logging issues in Chennai, had to cancel.

We had raised a request for refund around 1.5 days before check in time.

The customer care team responded positively, and confirmed that the refund is processed and will be done in a week.

There has been no communication since then and have denied any refund, quoting mere apologies on call.
