@uk_dhl please can you help me? 60120224453957 was due to be collected on Friday. It wasn't. I've called the customer service number 3 days running to get an automated update "the parcel is due to be collected today". It hasn't been and I don't know what else to do

@SW_Help It's been 5 years since Covid yet the number of trains is the same. I'm on the delayed 1820 WAT-WYB and already someone had fainted in my carriage. You're a disgrace. Shame on you. π‘
@SW_Help when will you reinstate the fast, air conditioned trains (with toilets) 1803-1911hrs WAT-WYB you removed during Covid?.There aren't any air conditioned trains to Weybridge for 1hr 10mins in peak hour. It's unacceptable.
