Abysmal experience ordering the @nothing Phone (1) on @Flipkart. Placed my order on the 27th, did not get an order confirmation even after making the payment. The status says the order is still pending. There has neither been an order confirmation, nor a refund. @flipkartsupport

The worst experience shopping online I've ever faced. @buildingnothing sad to say but this does not instill confidence on a new company with a new product. Surely not renewing my Flipkart Plus membership, and doubtful about buying the @nothing phone now. @flipkartsupport

@buildingnothing @Flipkart What's the point? Won't I just buy the phone along with everyone else today, rather than waiting for another week?
Lack of any proper notification for when the order can be placed has made me miss all the sales that have happened till now. Don't understand why I pre-ordered.
