@gmorson Thanks, I will just be happy if it continues tbh but yes the acquisition helps that possibility as should be cost savings and Assura seemed a bit weaker in certain aspects so think #PHP management can improve things even further:)

Only just noticed a favourite #REIT #PHP (Primary Healthcare Properties) has had a flurry of BIG buys from many directors inc the CEO and CFO. I've added giving me projected extra annual income of £145 in dividends (hopefully)!

If I could go back in time I would have started my small crypto exposure buying $BTC but I didn’t 🫤. Still I did at least pick $QNT in 2021 thinking this is a company that actually does something with REAL potential and use. Slowly it is happening🙂!!!

Buying at all-time $BTC highs isn't easy but my target is $150,000+ then I will look to take some profits in stages. If it goes up just 10% this year then I'm happy with that. I am treating it as if is a growth stock in my portfolio. Position size around 3%.

After stopping my $BTC buying in 2024 I restarted with a pledge to buy £250 every Friday. Why? I greatly respect @MarketMobsterUK the video made me think my BTC allocation is too low + I believe it will increase more than the 4% I am getting in the bank. https://t.co/fGawtWgAVm

I've been on the #GGP bus for a few years now and have no intention of getting off yet!!!

I am very much enjoying the view from the window and as a result of today's RNS I bought some more 1st class seats.

Heavily invested in this as for me it is my gold exposure/allocation.
