Two years ago today, I left a solid VC job and started at @SkyMavisHQ to help develop the Ronin games ecosystem.

A few weeks into my new role, the road ahead became extremely difficult & unknown.

My new job was to help find a way to rise from the ashes.

And boy did we rise.

We rose by prioritizing the creation of structures to support new projects. By prioritizing earning trust. Proving value. By creating an unbreakable foundation, brick by brick.

Selling our new vision was a challenge I eagerly accepted. There was no doubt in my mind that we had the framework to lead new partners to success.

The collective passion was contagious, and this framework led us to to attract & support foundational teams like @CyberKongz and @pixels_online.

We have many more strategic bricks to lay, and many more challenges to overcome as pioneers on this new frontier.

But now, two years later, we are stronger than ever - and our growing team & network have the skillset and structures to create virtual skyscrapers, together.

It’s been my greatest honor to build for this company. This Network. To learn from and work alongside legendary innovators.

To witness leadership at its truest form through our unshakable founders.

Most importantly, it’s an honor working for YOU. This community drives my ambition to heights I never knew possible.
