The best thing about Twitter is that I don't need to deny I'm being 'Captain Hindsight'.
I said it at the time, and my tweets are all there to prove it.
@AnglianWater I sent the message below 5 weeks ago and supposedly it was booked in for the 30th Oct; nothing happened and now the leak is even damaging the road. This leak was reported in August and still no fix??
‘Love every drop 💧’ 🤨
@AnglianWater this leak was reported late August, can you honestly keep using the slogan ‘Love every drop 💧 ’ ??
Lower Brook St, Ipswich
1000s of litres wasted here

@AnglianWater@ipswichstar24@EADT24 Repairs team came, left and leak still occurring. More ‘loved drops’ lost! On the road behind (Foundation St) it was shut a fortnight ago with no notice for 3 days and work happened. Why not on this leak happening since August??
@AnglianWater not sure ‘Love every drop’ is true, this leak has been ongoing for at least a fortnight now. It’s reported on your reporting tool and still leaking badly!
Top of Lower Brook St, Ipswich.
@AnglianWater@Suff_highways
Seems rather over zealous to shut Lower Brook St for work on one pavement, work started yesterday but no workman today. Cars taking no notice of road closed signs. Is this proportionate?
@AnglianWater@Suff_highways@ipswichstar24 Must have been super early as no one from 9am onwards has been onsite! Why couldn’t that pavement have a barrier in place leaving plenty of space for cars to pass?
@annaturley You have fallen for the Labour spin, VAT on education is set at 0%, it’s not a tax break. Following ur logic do you want vat charged on University fees? Try not to fall for envy politics and think of the consequences of flawed policies like this.
@Grindr your app is full of fake profiles, many are abroad using VPN’s. Three times I’ve had people abroad making out they are local in the past 2 weeks. Are you doing anything to stop this?
Plus your information boards don’t update and give very limited & inaccurate information. When delays are occurring such timely information is vital for passengers to know how much longer they will be delayed for. In todays world this is easily done, please take action to improve
@LeShuttle returned to the Uk yesterday afternoon (2nd Jan), delayed by Storm Henk. However your sequencing of loading and pot luck directing of cars into queues for trains not even loading makes it even more frustrating. More common sense and fairness is needed.
