@tescomobile Hi. I’ve just added 1 gig from the one off bundle. I had about 3/400 left of my data, so needed more. On my app, the data has gone up, but so has my usage and I haven’t used it! I I still have 3/400 left when I should have 13/1400 left. Please help?

Shocking customer service @Garmin! My dad had a problem with his sat nav, you said it was a problem with his laptop and put him through to sales. He bought one from you nov 2018. It came with ‘free’ security for 1 year. Now threatening him wanting £2000 for the security! Shame!
