A little car market sadness/nerdiness for you:
I've been browsing for an R35 since ~2018.
In 2019, the cheapest ones were ~£30k, some dipping just below.
Almost immediately, they shot up (like everything) 🤦‍♂️
Only now are they getting close to what they were in 2019.
