@deonandan I’d also add that even though younger kids in kindie can’t wear a mask perfectly, it greatly reduced illness the last 2 years and stopped them from mouthing things as easily. They just needed reminders to put it back on after eating/drinking.

@mgilbert1600 @cody_allen7 @CBCNews Very few children got COVID? Of the 120 kids I taught last year, 90 had COVID during the school year. The previous year only 5 did. When we listed masks we caused mass infection.

So I believe it’s a fair generalization that no one adjusted their behaviour from a request that many didn’t even hear.
