@Polygon Fundamentally a fantastic game with boring missions. Rockstars level design is outdated and hand-holdy. Some people like that I guess, I find it boring and procedural
@DuckieLouise It definitionally constitutes as saving time. You need to expand your vocabulary, or read a book or something. You can argue speeding is not worth the time saved, which is your opinion. You just think your opinion is gospel and must be considered fact so you present it as such
@MattWalshBlog You could use that same justification to smoke meth or snort cocaine. Actually, those are both legitimately less toxic than alcohol. Just because your body can process it doesn’t mean you should ingest it. Alcohol is toxic, no benefits whatsoever. You just want to get high.
@AmSidlak@PulmCrit Not necessarily, higher fluid groups may still have required them. Even if it did, wouldn’t you rather use pressors to avoid the risk of pulmonary edema?
@Doctors__squad The brain dead answers to the thread is another reason we need to stop using lactic acid and lactate interchangeably. None of the above. Only contraindication to LR (for resuscitation) is metabolic alkalosis.
@YukiKotani5 Phenylephrine is a better alternative to norepi if you’re concerned for tachyarrhythmias. Easier to titrate to effect compared to vaso, and you can still use vaso as a second presser if needed.
