@xupisco It's called dotpict. It has a cursor which I think is very nice. That way I don't have to draw pixels directly with my fat and greasy finger.
The ads are a little annoying, and I have yet to figure out how to make my own color palettes. But other than that, it's quite handy :)
Hey I managed to make a small package which adds min-max sliders to Unity. It can be installed with the Unity Package Manager!

I tried to animate an explosion using shaders instead of drawing it by hand. One thing is certain: it didn't save me any time B). But I learned some stuff about shaders along the way, which is nice!
