@David_J_Bier Allow applications for certain EADs (like H4, J2, L2) to be done at local offices. It can be like going to the DMV. Bring your docs, get a temp card on the spot and within 10 days, your real card arrives at your home address.

1.Loss of Work on Critical Drug Delivery for #Alzheimers
2.Loss of Health Insurance to cover a high risk condition

@USCIS Please approve my H4/EAD..I have completed 1 year anniversary today and still no.update..I lost job already die to.the delay in the process..my SR approved but still no update on case.

1/n @USCIS @SecMayorkas @POTUS @VP USCIS denied expedite request for my wife's AOS I-765 and I-131 stating it failed to meet the criteria. Her Father passed away in India and multiple family members are COVID +ve plus she has been forced out of work due to #H4EAD delays.
