“Bad days” are negative STATES that are ALLOWED to continue on. Key word is allowed
You want to think of a psychological state as a mini universe with its own walls & content. When ur INSIDE OF IT, u can’t see outside of the walls (or even conceptually fathom that otherd exist or will ever come again). The FEELING is “forever”
Catch urself in any “charged negative state” (meaning you’re able to feel that you aren’t neutral, easiest tell ur in 1) & realize ur goal is to explode the universe u r currently stuck in, even though mind thinks it is impossible when ur in it. Workout, go for walk, move somehow. Movement has the momentum you need to explode it & give space within it for the “light” of a more positive/neutral one to come in, much like ray of sunshine piercing through the clouds
Once awareness is heightened, you realize every time you “feel bad” is quite literally just a symptom of what you’re focusing on. Your focus is the seed, how u feel is the fruit. But because ur FOCUSED on the rotten fruit, ur not FOCUSED on what ur FOCUSED ON (which is rotten fruit). Gets slightly meta, but that is how it is. Many don’t realize they simply get triggered (their attention gets held hostage after something is registered as threat) & are then unaware where they are now focusing + unable to break the train of thought. Lack of awareness on 2 sided
U want 2 master skill of snapping these negative loops & “opening up the clouds” energetically/psychologically. & u do this by creating a system for yourself. You recognize x emotion/state, realize you’re in x universe, & enact gameplan you’ve already created to step out of it. “Clear mind you” has preps ready for “not clear mind you”
Awareness + systems = emotional freedom
Every thing that is allowed to enter your mind creates an equivalent in the astral realms
“As above, so below”
A repeated thought, viewed symbol, a taken action, movie watched, music listened, a word said
All create an echoing thought form of increasing magnitude in the spiritual realm
Knowing this, you can create a flywheel of mental energy that supports you in your goals…
…or drags you down somewhere you would rather not go.
It’s all about what you feed into your mind, and what you reinforce with repetition and focus
Every thing that you allow into your attention is pressing itself into your auric field
Then, your auric field is more likely to resonate with and move towards such things
Thus you need to be conscious of all your patterns, thoughts and what you are curating to be in your environment
The unconscious man lets the world impress upon him; then he wakes up one day within the bounds of a life he has not created
Scrolling haphazardly, symbols and language of unknown origin hijacking his creative force
You must create your own spear of intention, and pierce it into the waiting belly of possibility
Your ultimate Self will spring forth
