It’s Charity Tuesday and as some of you know, I've just hit over 1,000 miles into my coast-to-coast US solo run.

My journey started by giving back to the hospitals that helped me as a kid, sometimes I couldn’t move my legs, and now I get the chance to run across countries, give back to hospitals around the world and show people that it’s so true - anyone can be a superhero if only you try.
