@MCCCANM In the B-1, we had a General fly with us who attempted to pull the emerg cabin pressure dump T-handle instead of the Air refueling slipway door handle. Luckily the cabin dump one had a release mechanism you had to squeeze first or he would have rapid depressurized in precontact.

@GinieSigonney It's known as "red ball" maintenance in the Air Force and the B-1 is notorious for needing it. Widely considered the most complex aircraft ever built, it was very tough to keep maintained.
