The Pakistan Army organized a free medical camp in Gilgit-Baltistan. On May 15, 2024, a one-day free medical camp was held in Kharakoo village of the Ghanche district. During this camp, the Pakistan Army provided medical assistance to over 1,500 patients. The camp was staffed by 26 doctors and other personnel from the Army Medical Corps.

The medical camp addressed common ailments such as allergies/flu, gastrointestinal issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint pain, back pain, skin wounds, and general body weakness. Services offered included routine medical and dental check-ups, ECG, lab investigations, portable dental X-rays, minor surgical procedures, patient consultations, medications, dressings, and wound care.

Today, the residents of Gwadar organized a protest against the atrocities committed by Baloch terrorist groups such as the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and Baloch Liberation Front (BLF). This action underscores the residents' frustration with the barbaric behavior of these terrorist groups towards innocent local people.

The violence orchestrated by #PTI vigilantes on #9thMay 2023 highlights a troubling pattern and trend of using political affiliations to justify violence, which is fundamentally unacceptable.

It's imperative to condemn such acts and prioritize the welfare of our nation over political interests as violence has no place in our democratic discourse.

We must ensure that those who fuel violence under the guise of political allegiance are held responsible. Moreover, political parties must work together to foster a society where conflicts and opposition are peacefully resolved, devoid of aggression.

By displaying utmost restraint during this deliberate and brazenly orchestrated violence, Pakistan Armed Forces thwarted the insidious conspiracy by the planners, facilitators and executors who wanted to destabilise Pakistan by inciting confrontation between the people and the Armed Forces.
