I condemn the Taliban’s drone attacks against tribal militia targets in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces. This reckless escalation risks triggering a major Pakistani military response, while the Taliban have neither the capability nor the will to protect Afghan civilians from the consequences.
For years, the Taliban’s support and tolerance of terrorist groups such as TTP and Al-Qaeda have turned Afghanistan into a battleground, placing millions of innocent Afghans at risk.
I urge Pakistan to exercise restraint and take every possible measure to avoid civilian casualties. The Afghan people must not pay the price for the Taliban’s dangerous and irresponsible actions.
Normalizing relations with Israel would not be a problem for any country as long as State of Palestine is created & rights of Palestinians are fully protected, honoured besides Israel apologizing for genocide in Gaza.
Security of everyone is mandatory for lasting peace in ME.

US and Iran need to immediately engage in direct talks to work out a framework and timeline for issues that need further deliberation and dialogue. Any military development has the inherent risk of leading to miscalculations from any side. Indirect communication is causing inadvertent delay that could be costly. Pakistan should invite both parties to meet an earlier date. Give diplomacy a chance and structured dialogue is one of the appropriate options to approach it.

@zarrar_11PK This is very sound advice especially when Pakistan has rightly kept in discussions completely behind the closed door and adopted a policy not to issue any statement 😯
@hasankhyber That is relevant question. If by any stretch of imagination,Durand Line is not so-called recognized could also mean none is recognized. Isn't?
If both sides especially President Trump could avoid public diplomacy, a for better win-win agreement could be reached between the #US and #Iran through Pak mediated back-channel and US-Iran direct talks. Social media diplomacy breaks the whole in politically sensitive parts and not only vitiates the environment but also creates unreasonable expectations for both back home. If all issues are discussed and a workable outcome is reached, there will be many political salient things for both the government to take home. Pakistan as a mediator has kept it effectively behind the doors; now it is high time for the warring side to do the same and move away from public diplomacy till the time any agreement is finalized and signed.

It seems that Iranian FM @araghchi will first have bilateral discussions with Pakistan and then might head to Oman and Russia before returning back to Islamabad for talks with the US.

Amid fragile ceasefires and a growing “war of blockades,” core issues—maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz, Iran sanctions and financial access, nuclear parameters and credible non-use-of-force assurances—remain unresolved, deepening mistrust between the United States and Iran.
A structured Composite Dialogue process offers a practical pathway—pursuing parallel, interlinked progress across all issues within a single framework of timelines, sequencing, and reciprocal steps.
A full cessation of hostilities and end to blockades, preferably agreed upfront as confidence-building measures, can create the minimum trust required for meaningful engagement.
An immediate second round in Pakistan—without delay—can help shift from signaling to substance and institutionalize direct, sustained dialogue. Appropriate senior level teams (mirroring first round) from the US and Iran may meet in Pakistan for 2-3 days and develop this framework, paying the way for its signing by the US and Iranian presidents in Islamabad on a mutually agreed date. @RealPresidentT & company, @drpezeshkian & company need to show initiative for internal peace.
