It doesnt apply to big ones like @ishowspeedsui once showed his dihh on a live stream where more than 26k kids were watching him live but no penalty for him 🥴

My channel was hijacked via a Manager access exploit on 21 September,An unauthorized manager accepted a malicious CMS link while I was asleep and I have no option to leave. The person has ghosted me. Please provide the Hijacking Form to help me remove this CMS link.

Once again, many animation creators have been unfairly treated, including those on my channel. Of course, the appeal was unsuccessful; they upheld the original decision. Please, could you reconsider this ruling? It would mean alot.
