@YouTube @TeamYouTube — how can a creator trust an appeal system when the evidence itself raises serious questions?

I have been working on YouTube for 6 years. I know the Community Guidelines and policies. Yet my channel was terminated under “Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams”, even though I have not committed any violation of this policy.

I appealed through YouTube Studio — REJECTED.
Then I tried to submit another appeal through the form — but I was told that my previous appeal had already been rejected.

And now look at the screenshots I’m sharing. Both emails show the exact same date and exact same time: September 11, 11:58 AM.

One email says my previous appeal was already denied.
The other says Google would review my appeal and that most requests take 2 business days.

How is a creator supposed to understand this process?

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for JUSTICE, TRANSPARENCY AND A REAL HUMAN/MANUAL REVIEW.

AI can help detect potential violations, but when a decision can destroy years of hard work, a community, income and a creator’s future, there must be meaningful human accountability.

Creators should not have to fight for 60 days, 4–5 months, or even longer just to get someone to properly examine their case.

@YouTube @TeamYouTube — please stop treating creators like case numbers. Look at the evidence. Review the actual channel. Explain exactly what violated the policy. Give creators a genuine opportunity to be heard.

Team YouTube, you’re a trillion-dollar company earning billions, yet I can’t seem to get a human reviewer to properly check my channel. 98%+ of my audience is adults/general audience. I do not create content for children, and all my videos are marked “Not Made for Kids.” My channel is also clearly marked that I do not create content for children.
