It is intended strictly for a general and mature audience interested in dark, historical fantasy fiction. It is NOT targeted at toddlers or young children.

Algorithmic Confusion: Because my visuals use an advanced, highly stylized cinematic AI aesthetic, I believe the automated system flagged my character animations as "cartoons" and automatically grouped me under family guidelines.

Intentional Tone: The intense background scores, dramatic Hindi narration, and thematic warfare depictions (like the Sati Katha series) clearly establish that these videos are dark mythology lore, not low-quality or deceptive children's entertainment.

My initial Twitter appeal was closed automatically with a template response, telling me to wait 90 days. However, I have built this audience of over 81K subscribers through immense personal effort, scriptwriting, audio production, and digital art composition. Deferring this for 90 days completely halts my creative momentum over an automated misclassification.

I request a Human Reviewer to please look at my channel manually to verify that my content is legitimate historical/mythological storytelling for adult audiences, and does not violate any family content guidelines.

As YouTube increasingly relies on AI-driven moderation, automated systems are making critical decisions about demonetization, appeals, and re-application.

Why are animator, VFX artists, filmmakers, and genuine artists being demonetized under YouTube’s “Misleading Family Content” policy when their videos don’t even violate the policy?

And when they appeal, the appeal is rejected within just a few hours with what appears to be a generic, copy-paste response, leaving creators with no meaningful explanation or human review.

After that, creators are forced to wait 90 days, delete years of work, and reapply—with no guarantee of getting monetization back.

Years of creativity, hard work, and livelihood shouldn’t be decided by an automated system. Genuine artists deserve transparency, proper human review, and a fair chance to be heard.

Then Why are animation and storytelling channels being wrongfully demonetized under the “Misleading Family Content” policy? Animation creators work incredibly hard, often spending months creating a single video. Yet our hard work can be demonetized in just one decision.

What is especially concerning is the difference in attention given to larger and smaller creators. When big animation channels with millions of subscribers and views share their demonetization experiences, their posts and videos often receive significant attention and visibility. However, smaller creators who are facing similar issues struggle to get their messages read or receive meaningful support. Instead, many of us are left with automated AI-generated replies without a proper explanation or human review.

Does this reflect the fair and equal treatment that every YouTube creator deserves?

YouTube is a platform built by creators of all sizes. Whether someone has millions of subscribers or is just starting their journey, every creator invests time, effort, creativity, and passion into their work. Smaller channels should not feel that their concerns matter less simply because they do not have a large audience or massive reach.

I respectfully request @TeamYouTube to:

1. Provide equal attention and support to smaller animation channels facing demonetization.
2. Ensure that creators have access to meaningful human review when they believe an automated decision is incorrect.
3. Carefully reassess channels demonetized for “Misleading Family Content” and correct any wrongful decisions.
4. Maintain transparency by providing clear explanations when monetization is removed.
5. Ensure that all creators are treated fairly, regardless of their subscriber count, views, or popularity.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for fair treatment, transparency, and equal opportunity for every creator.
