Day 8 of trying to get a fair review from @TeamYouTube In a recent denial of my appeal, I received an automated message stating that a large portion of my channel consists of "Misleading Family Content," which is objectively impossible. Out of the 65 videos on my channel, the only animated topics that could even remotely be misconstrued by an automated system are two videos from the Avatar franchise: one being Avatar: The Last Airbender and the other being The Legend of Korra. Per YouTube’s official help guidelines regarding audience designation, a video is a multi-factored assessment, and content is not automatically classified as child-directed simply because it features animated characters. Both shows are general-audience, mature animated programs that heavily feature complex themes of death, colonialism, environmental grief, and human identity.
Furthermore, I have already appealed this decision 4 separate times, yet my unlisted appeal video has only 1 view—which is strictly from me when I opened the link to double-check that my channel URL was placed right at the start of the video. No human policy specialist has actually watched it. Additionally, I have never received the official appeal review feedback inside my YouTube Studio, receiving only repeated, generic auto-rejections. This clearly indicates a broken automated review loop. My channel's compliance is further proven by the fact that I was handpicked to participate as an early YouTube Premium Affiliate. This required a manual, human review of my channel track by YouTube staff. I was explicitly cleared to produce a dedicated video featuring a mid-roll advertisement, and the entire video layout had to be fully reviewed and approved by YouTube before posting. That approved video can be verified here: https://t.co/hDY2D9a5S1
Regardless of the automated flag's claim of a "large portion" of violations, the remaining 97% of my channel consists of media breakdowns for Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Invincible, and Marvel movies. These are strictly general-audience and teen/mature pop-culture topics. I strictly utilize YouTube's self-certification system to declare the use of profanity in my audio tracks, which automatically bumps the target demographic away from child audiences. These intentional metadata steps structurally instruct the algorithm not to push my videos to toddlers, resulting in empirical analytics showing that over 84% of my viewership is strictly above the age of 18. Because the metadata, backend routing, and audio content explicitly signal a mature commentary format, this channel cannot logically be classified as Misleading Family Content. Please escalate this case for a manual human audit. @YouTubeInsider@reneritchie
My channel is banned for “association” to a channel I do not own , I’ve sent definitive proof
With NO RESPONSE from YouTube , help
Your creators this isn’t right
I don’t understand how or why you aren’t responding or giving me a manual review @TeamYouTube@YouTube#YouTube #weirdos

Without any warning or discussion YouTube removed all monetization from my channel due to “Misleading family content”
I have been a partner for 4 years since March of 2022, and have not once attempted to mislead or misdirect any younger viewer because that is NOT who my content has ever been catered toward. I explicitly label each video as “Not for Kids” on YouTube studio as well as checking off all the necessary bubbles in the ad suitability section. My content involves adult humor, mild profanity, and depending on the media I’m commentating on maybe even mild violence. This has ALWAYS been the case for my channel. Creators shouldn’t have to go through this. @TeamYouTube please help me get this resolved.
My YouTube channel was completely demonetized for ban evading when I have no account that’s banned from the YouTube partner program
As you probably know many creators like Codenamesuper , Zephfire , Masokay have been demonetized falsely by ai for “misleading content”
Despite marking all their videos as NOT MADE FOR KIDS , but since masokay lives with me
Uses the same wifi , they mistook my account as one of his and banned me then denied my appeal without even watching it @TeamYouTube@YouTube
Please support and spread the word so we can fix this
@TeamYouTube The monetization I earned from July was completely stripped away after posting normally all month. Your Al falsely flagged my channel for having Misleading Family Content" on August 7th, and now my Google AdSense earnings are gone along with my YPP status. This is a false positive and I'm beyond worried and concerned. I haven't been able to get real human help from support since the beginning of all of this, just automated Al generated denials and incorrect information. Please escalate my case for an internal human review. I need help via DM

There still has been NO HUMAN review of my channel and NO ONE has reviewed my appeal video. The demonetization of my channel was a mistake made by your Ai moderation on mine and MANY other channels. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!
Ight. I done seen this so much to so many ppl I think it's time someone goes ahead and says it.
I think until YouTubes AI system gets updated y'all should avoid all animated content. That shit is too random and immediately killshots, then it's a mf to find a human to reverse.
So YouTubes AI has decided to completely demonetize my whole channel saying it’s no longer eligible for monetization because I post “misleading family content” which is completely wrong.
I’ve seen this happen with other content creators who react, commentate and even do animations themselves and there was a good portion that were able to get their monetization back
My channel has been running actively since 2023 where I cover mainly fighting anime couple with occasional live action movies and action cartoons. And each video I explicitly put NOT made for kids. But even then in no way does my channel portray sexual content and the violent parts of the video pertain to the show which is clearly displayed in the thumbnails and the shows characters are mentioned in the title of each video. Furthermore no ADDED clips are more violent or add any sexual element to the video regardless. PLEASE get a human reviewer on this NOW…. animation does not automatically mean for young minors/family friendly content and YouTube’s ai clearly can’t differentiate the difference. Thank you for reading.

This is a mistake. PLEASE look into this ASAP because its my livelihood your putting on hold because your system made a mistake. My channel has NEVER been a "family" channel. I submitted the appeal and would like not to wait 14 days for a response.
