🔺اس میں دو رائے نہیں کہ پاکستان کا سب سے بڑا مسلہ گورننس کا ہے۔ اس مسلے کو حل کرنے کے لیے ہر اقدام کیا گیا لیکن یہ جوں کا توں رہا۔ بھارت سمیت دنیا کے بیشتر ممالک نے بہتر گورننس کا سب سے بڑا حل نئے انتظامی یونٹس اور صوبے بنانے میں ڈھونڈا اور اس سے مستفید بھی ہوئے۔
🔺محسن نقوی صاحب نے بھی یہی بات کی لیکن مختلف سیاسی جماعتوں کے سرخیل اور اس ملک کے لنڈے کے سقراط صحافی بجائے بات کے بندے کے پیچھے پڑ گئے۔
🔺عاصمہ شیرازی صاحبہ بھی باریک کاروائی ڈالتے ہوئے فرما رہی ہیں کہ عوام نئے صوبے کے مخالف ہے لیکن یہ نہیں بتا رہی کہ وہ اس بات پر کونسا سروے کر کے پہنچی۔ اگر وہ اپنا کمنٹس باکس ہی پڑھ لیتی تو جان جاتیں کہ عوام بہتر گورننس اور نئے صوبوں کے حق میں ہے۔
🔺لوکل باڈیز کا فارمولا جنرل مشرف نے پیش کیا لیکن وہ اس فرسودہ سیاسی نظام کی وجہ سے بری طرح پٹ گیا۔ اگر لوکل باڈیز بہتر ہوتی تو بڑی سیاسی جماعتیں اپنے اپنے صوبوں میں عدالتی حکم کے برخلاف جا کر لوکل باڈیز کو تحلیل میں نہ رکھتی۔
🔺اسوقت اگر دیکھا جائے تو ہر بڑی جماعت نے ایک ایک صوبہ پکڑا ہوا ہے اور اسی میں مگن ہے، صوبوں کو تو وہ چلا رہے ہیں لیکن وفاق ان صوبوں کو پالتے پالتے قرضوں میں ڈوبا جا رہا ہے۔
🔺اگر نئے انتظامی یونٹس اور صوبے وقت کی ضرورت نہیں تو اس ملک کی تین بڑی جماعتوں کے رہنما اپنے سیاسی منشور میں نئے صوبے بنانے کا وعدہ کیوں کرتے ہیں۔
🚨🚨قصہ مختصر اس وقت ملک کو ترقی کی راہ پر لے کر جانا ہے تو اپنے سیاسی وفاداری، صحافتی جانبداری اور زاتی فوائد کو پس پشت ڈال کر وفاق کا سوچنا ہے۔ وفاق تب ہی مظبوط ہو گا جب انتظامی سیٹ اپ ریسٹ ہو گا‼️‼️‼️
