@KingJayZim the final dish ! A bam bam of flavor !!! Lunch was in the Caribbean via Zvimba !
Smoked curry goat , rice and beans and some buss up shut ( which mimicks a torn shirt ) . Smoked the goat and marinated it over night in red onion, curry and coriander chutney . Slow cooked then served with roti and rice and beans . We nah play with flavor !! How much would you pay for this lunch
