@grim_prime @Reiku78 Depending on the altitude of the target, it might have been too high for Canada's F-18s to reach. F-22s fly higher than most other fighters. Also, the Canadian Air Force is flying old planes that are worn out. Its entirely possible they did not have any available at the time.
