We have been waiting for our transfers for past two years but it is being delayed by esic administration. In 2021 &2022, options were sought from SSOs but nothing happened so far.

People in Esic have been posted at same location for 15-20 years. The SSOs who were promoted in 2019 got in situ promotion. Our married life, Family life is being hampered. Kindly implement Annual general Transfer policy 2023 at earliest. @rajendraias @LabourMinistry @byadavbjp

There has been no transfers in SSO cadre since 3-4 years. There are around 400 SSOs of 2019 batch waiting to return to their hometown. Among them were those who need transfers on spouse ground, single woman officers with child, ex-serviceman, medical ground of self or family.
