@dkhos@Uber_Canada@Uber_Support 8 days of complete silence now. No update, no response, nothing. Over three months into this, and it feels like I’ve simply stopped being worth a reply. Is that really where this stands?
Update: Aug 24 : a week has passed since the last false “submitted” claim and the City confirming otherwise. Nothing since. No answers, no reference number, no acknowledgment. @Uber_Canada@Uber_Support — is anyone actually looking at this, or am I just being ignored now?
@dkhos This is how your team has been misguiding me for three months — a fourth false “successfully submitted” claim, and still no reference number to prove it. Nobody seems to be taking any real action. Genuinely disappointed in you and your team
Are you kidding me? Aug 18, 1:57pm: told AGAIN my application was submitted to VFH. No reference number, as always. I emailed the City right after. Their reply: never received. This is the FOURTH time. @Uber_Canada@Uber_Support — are you serious right now?
Update - Aug 17-10:22pm
Still receiving generic responses from @Uber_Support@Uber . Not a single response confirms docs submission to VFH /City of Calgary. Not a single response addresses the ask!
Update — Aug 17, 1:34pm MST: Uber tells me to upload my TNDL document. The TNDL is issued BY the City — after Uber submits my application. Asking me for a document only the City can issue is proof nobody has actually looked at this file. 3+ months in. @Uber_Canada@Uber_Support
Shame on you @Uber_Canada@Uber_Support, playing with someone’s livelihood. Told my document was blurry, reuploaded a crystal-clear photo. Still the same reply — no explanation. My in-app status even shows submitted. This isn’t a review. It’s a brush-off.
@Uber_Support Nothing concrete, no real answer in the dm, just a team is looking into it? Does that seem right when someone is waiting for over 3 months ?
@dkhos@Uber_Canada@Uber_Support Pick a story: “unclear” docs, or a submitted TNDL application - can’t both be true. Feels like I’m being managed, not helped. Is anyone at Uber genuinely willing to help, or am I just being passed around with no real response?
@Uber_Canada@Uber_Support Aug 13: “3 business days, real answers.” That deadline has been dead for days now — and so has any word from you. At what point does a promise stop counting as one?
@dkhos 3+ months in, and it still feels like no one’s actually doing the work — just passing me along. This is my livelihood, not a queue number. I’ve done everything asked of me, twice over. I just want someone who’ll genuinely help, not another excuse. Real answers, please.
Shame on you @Uber_Canada@Uber_Support, playing with someone’s livelihood. Told my document was blurry, reuploaded a crystal-clear photo Aug 13. Still the same reply — no specifics, no explanation. This isn’t a review. It’s a brush-off to avoid doing real work.
@dkhos@Uber_Canada@Uber_Support 3 business days ago, your team promised to verify my TNDL submission and follow up. Still nothing. 3+ months, false confirmations, and now silence again . This is my livelihood. When can I expect an actual answer?
@Uber_Canada@Uber_Support 3+ months of follow-ups. Told twice in writing my TNDL was submitted to VFH Calgary. City confirmed nothing was received. Now, a “document issue” on a file already accepted in-app. Silence since. This is my livelihood. Is this how Uber operates?
@Uber@Uber_Support@Uber_Canada Applied May 10. Aug 13 now — TNDL still not filed w/ VFH Calgary, despite Uber confirming twice in writing it was submitted. Visited VFH in person: NOTHING received. 3+ months, no resolution. 🧵
Aug 1 — Priority Support confirms in writing: TNDL application submitted to VFH Calgary.
Aug 6 — Priority Support confirms again: docs submitted, “pending City action.”
Aug 10 — I visit VFH Calgary in person. They confirm: no documents received from Uber at all.
