#KolkataRoadshow: Engaging with Regaal Resources
Met with Mr. Rohan Kishorepuria, CFO, and Mr. Siddharth Verma, Chief of Staff, Regaal Resources Ltd., one of India's leading agro-processing companies specialising in maize-based value-added products.

We had fruitful discussions on the company's plans to expand its maize processing capacity in Belagavi district. We highlighted Karnataka's strong industrial ecosystem, investor-friendly policies, manufacturing incentives and the State's readiness to facilitate suitable land for the proposed project.

We also encouraged Regaal Resources to explore value-added processing of other agricultural commodities, including toor, leveraging Karnataka's robust agri-industrial ecosystem and abundant agricultural resources.

Kolkata Roadshow: Productive discussions with Greenply Industries

As part of our efforts to further strengthen Karnataka's position as India's preferred investment destination, I led the Industries Department delegation in a series of meetings with leading industry leaders in Kolkata to attract fresh investments into the State.

One such meeting was with Mr. Sanjiv Keshri, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Jinendra Kumar Jain, Vice President, Greenply Industries, one of India's leading manufacturers of plywood, MDF and allied wood panel products.

We discussed opportunities for establishing plywood and MDF manufacturing facilities in Karnataka, highlighting the State's robust industrial ecosystem, world-class infrastructure and industry-friendly policies.

The company expressed interest in exploring investment opportunities in Karnataka as part of its ongoing MDF-led capacity expansion plans. I assured them of the Government of Karnataka's full support in taking the proposal forward.

ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಚುರುಕುಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿರುವ ಎತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಪವಿತ್ರ ದಿನವೇ ಮಣ್ಣೆತ್ತಿನ ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ.

ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪೊರೆಯುವ ಮಣ್ಣಿಗೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಭೂಮಾತೆಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ನದಾತನ ಬೆವರಿನ ಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌರವ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವ ಈ ಹಬ್ಬ, ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವನ ನಡುವಿನ ಅವಿನಾಭಾವ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮಣ್ಣು, ರೈತ ಮತ್ತು ಎತ್ತಿನ ಈ ನಂಟೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬದುಕಿನ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಜೀವಾಳ.

ಇಂದು ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆ ಕೃಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದರೂ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎತ್ತುಗಳ ಸೇವೆ ಸದಾ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ.

ನಾಡಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಮಣ್ಣೆತ್ತಿನ ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು!
