Stalling operations at the Madanapalle Head Post Office-517325 just because of a power cut? No generator, no UPS, just a lobby full of frustrated customers. Is this really how a Head Office is supposed to run?

@KineticGreenLtd, my Zing Big B has range and acceleration issues—tweeted days ago, still no help. What’s the fix?

[Gurunatha Lankipalli @GurunathaL]

@KineticgreenEV @kineticgreen @rahulgaami @MORTHIndia @jagograhakjago My Zing Big B is a disaster! Just a 30+ mileage, the accelerator constantly malfunctions. Dealer & customer support ignored complaint KINE8934 for a month. #KineticGreen #kineticgreenfail

Bought the Udaan scooter from Amazon over 3 weeks ago, but they sent a faulty one with NO return policy! Their customer service? Even worse than their product. Still waiting for a solution… So disappointed.@ConsumerAffairs #greenudaanfail
