I grew up watching the fight game from the late 70s…my fav fighter of all time is Salvador Sanchez.

I love Hagler, Hearns and Roberto…but I would NEVER shortchange Terence Crawford.

And to be honest, I feel like GGG would be fine with all of them. He won those fights against Canelo…absolutely joke that the judges were so paid off.

It’s a bit sad to realize that McHale is prob viewed by this generation as just another unathletic White dude who was able to score a few points in an era when there were few good athletes…and def is overrated.

Those of us who have watched basketball during that time and since know the reality: That Boston team full of White guys and Robert Parrish was a wrecking crew…and as scary as Bird was from all parts of the floor, if McHale had your guy one-on-one in the paint, it was going to be a dizzying display of shifts and fakes, and a guaranteed bucket.

Nobody then, now and in the future stops McHale…you can only hope to contain.

In a world where a watch like my Garmin can keep track of my vitals, my energy levels, my sleep quality, my schedules, my music, etc while giving me the ability to send emergency signals from anywhere on Earth…why would I ever touch my Omega Seamaster?

A fine watch will tell me the time of day with 99.9% accuracy…the one advantage is that I would be able to reset the watch without needing an energy source. So, if I’m on a deserted island I would be able to always tell what time it is.

But if trapped on a deserted island, I wouldn’t care what time it is…
