@OptimumHelp I have never experienced such a bad service like yours. Lack of respect for people, unbelievably useless customer service. How can I reach a person that can solve my problem? The call center people do not understand English and hey hang up the phone.

The chat function crashes all the time. I have spent more than 5 hours between phone calls, chats and a technician at home. It took you 1 minute to mistakenly cut my service and it is taking all this time and still not fixed. @OptimumHelp be serious about customer service

I love when I read a book to my kids & I can easily find applicability to my job/ my career. This conclusion from the giraffe reinforces to me the fact that we should always try to find a job we feel passionate about, a job that it is the music that sets us up for our best dance!
