Here's a demonstration of the bionics I have inside my brain to control tremors. 24 years ago this morning, I had a surgeon drill a hole in my skull and run a wire into my brain while I was awake.
May discuss this later today with @bmreadel in her Noon(er) Chat at 11:30 CST.
Cows are due to start calving a week from today. I moved them to this pasture last Sunday. A third of the calves have been born since then. That’s why I tell people it’s Biology, not Accounting. I’ve still never had a cow leave to go to work for Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC. 😎
There is a Zoom meeting for people with, or interested in DBS surgery. I’ve been attending for years, usually while at work.
Tonight was Dr Casey Halpern of Penn Medical. Love this surgeon! 12/10 on personality. If you have questions, DM me.

@maxarmstrong Yes. In the summertime, we could get Des Moines, Omaha and Quad Cities stations, too. Ten miles from Minnesota and 50 from Wisconsin, right in the middle of three viewing areas.
Today the herd went from winter drylot to grass. Cows can start calving any moment now to feed people in 2027.
Life is better when cattle are on Torpy Hill.

@robbie71w Got one in 1983 when I was in 9th grade. Switched to a tub, alley and working chute in 1999 with weigh bars. The Paul scale was excellent and built solid.
Today was 47 years of driving to Ophthalmology at Gundersen in La Crosse. The sun came out in time to drive home.
“You’ve been coming to Gundersen since 1980?!?!”
No, Ophthalmology since 1980. Here’s my 1st Gundersen visit in 1971.
“😂 That pic has a 1970’s feel to it!”
@Jodicab22@thecalibae Took a young Amish friend there 11 years ago. He liked it, but felt dessert needed more ice cream. I gave him my giant scoop, too.
@schuelkecorn@NicoleStecklein@BenjaminNething At one of the ATV Rodeos for Farm Industry News in 2005 or 2007, we had a machine or two that would easily do 70m mph. I could think of a couple of people I wouldn’t want to turn loose with a 700 cc machine at the time.
