@Weerd_Science I think itโs pretty apparent that he was suffering from some level of hand cramping. Carpal tunnel and/or tendinitis friggin stink. Anyone whoโs ever experienced either would bow down to this dude for still being able to do it this well after 40+ years and the possible effects.
@PaulMountaineer All of the people that say 10k steps a day, resistance training 3-5 times a week are not wrong. I would also just start on 5g of creatine daily. Those things will delete your anxiety and improve your health dramatically.
