Hi @ThreeUKSupport me again can you please explain why i have 2 different amounts on this months bill,i phoned 400 and my bill was £69but realised im due an upgrade so went online and said my bill was only£44 inc vat Have i been paying over the odds all this time by phoning 400?

@ThreeUKSupport This one that is open 8 until 8 and everytime i try its closed or please try later. Anyway payed the bill through debt collectors, nice 60 pound extra on top of that... so as a customer for over 14 yrs i will be cancelling all my contracts in due course.

Has anyone tried getting through too @ThreeUK tried for the last 3 weeks and they dont recognise the 2 numbers out of the 3 accounts i have,but send a email today saying they sent 1 account too a debt agency,3 weeks overdue but dont answer any of my emails 3 accounts im cancelin

@ThreeUKSupport This is the fastest responce ive had in the last month. Still no responce from emails etc, and for 39 pound im shocked, you have my number please call me or even reply too my emails. Much love
