@Uber_Support The first reply gave a reason and suggested paying the outstanding balance to resolve the issue. Despite me mentioning this again, all following messages were automated, repetitive, and ignored that solution. I just checked all the threads, no new messages since our interaction.

@Uber_Support As a main source of income, shortly after, other agents sent me automated messages about the account being permanently locked, when I ask for a reason, they would copy paste the same response. Please help me with this issue, I can provide proof of the hacks.

@Uber_Support My bank reimbursed me, but I did not know that it would cause a charge back, but because of this charge back, my account got locked, support told me that there is an outstanding balance I need to pay to unlock the account, which I agreed to because I rely on my account -
