The UI makes 10 bots feel like 10 employees.

Architecturally, that's the wrong mental model.

They may have different names, roles, conversations and screens, but on one account they share the same persistent cloud computer, including files, browser sessions and logins.

That changes how I'd build an AI “company.”

Creating a Finance Bot and a Marketing Bot doesn't automatically isolate finance credentials from marketing. Deleting a bot doesn't necessarily clean up the files or authenticated sessions it interacted with either.

So the real permission architecture isn't:

one bot = one employee = one security boundary

It's closer to:

one account = one office
bots = coworkers inside it
approvals = locked doors

And I think this becomes increasingly important as people build teams of 10, 20 or 50 autonomous agents.

Giving every agent a different job title is easy.

Making sure the wrong agent can't do the wrong thing with shared access is the actual engineering problem.
