Our patron this year. Former #leominsterscout Petty Office Stoker Charles Oxenham. Follow his incredible story on our Facebook page. https://t.co/RJIUQOjXtB
The last 12 months have scuppered so many plans. The four Explorers who are now sporting their gold awards can be proud that although it took a little longer, no corners were cut, if we adapted things you had to go the extra mile. Be proud, you’ve earned it.#explorerscouts
David Owen, from #Hereford, has been made an MBE for being "a great ambassador for Scouting”.
The 73-year-old has been a scout leader for more than 50 years and met his wife through scouting.
We thank David for everything he has done for @UKScouting

Each year we choose 1 of the 9 former scouts from 1st and 2nd Leominster to be the focus for our reflection. We bring their stories to life. This year we looked at Sergeant Walter Prosser. He was a #Leominster lad who died aged 21, We have not forgotten https://t.co/ho8CXRzcgv
We’re back!!!Keeping it safe and simple, just catching up, chatting, laughing and lifting the gloom.Even the rain couldn’t dampen the atmosphere. And then there is the little gesture that made a whole term of Zoom worthwhile. You lot are awesome. #h265esu#explorerscouts#campfire
We are pleased to announce that our plans for resuming face to face Scouting have been approved. We’ll be sending out a lot of information, things are going to be strictly regulated. It is extremely good news and we will be getting something going as quickly as possible. #h265esu
For one of our challenges #explorers have been asked to post an uplifting card or letter to one of our local care homes.Carehomes have been hit incredibly hard by the current global pandemic, from residents falling ill to being separated from their loved ones. #careforcarehomes
