Erasmus+ KA2 project to promote the use of ICT tools and STEM in high schools to improve education, analyze water resources and value hydraulic heritage 💧
📢Last week took place the last Learning, Teaching and Training Activities (LTTA). This 3rd edition was jointly organized by Elvas and Campo Maior (Portugal), where the students and teachers could see with their own eyes the importance of water in the region throughout history.
📢 4th Multiplier Event:
In October 27th, we organize, together with the Comunitat de Regants of Vila-real, the 2nd Conference on Hydraulic Heritage. Now the event will focus on irrigation canals.

This beginning of the course has been full of activities:📆On September 5th took place the 5th Transnational Meeting held by the University of Alicante (Spain). There, during the morning our partners had the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the Tibi Reservoir.💧

Last 24th of June the 400th anniversary of the Amoreira Aqueduct took place at the Casa da História Judaica, Elvas.
Promoted by AIAR, a group of academics and researchers (national and international) participated to debate the theme of water architecture.
📣Then, after the field work the #ErasmusPlus students went to @unipv to upload all the collected data to the server. Together we will build an extensive database of hydraulic heritage!!💧
📣Yesterday, within the 2nd LTTA organized by Liceo Taramelli-Foscolo and @unipv, the 2nd Mapping Party was held. There, our students carried out field work geolocating and learning about the hydraulic heritage of Pavia along the Naviglio Pavese .

Last March 19th, Portuguese students and teachers involved in the Erasmus+ H2O MAP project met in Elvas to celebrate 400 years of the Amoreira Aqueduct's existence. The tour also included a visit to the largest cistern in the city and to two fountains 🇵🇹💧

Last 17th of february, we received our Portuguese partners from the Agrupamento de Escolas N.º 3 de Elvas for a meeting. “Rota das Fontes” and “Recantos da Minha Terra” projects focus on hydraulic heritage, and the dissemination of traditions and culture in Campo Maior. 🇵🇹💧
The Universitat Jaume I de Castelló hosted yesterday, with the collaboration of @eurofue_uji, The Virtual Session #ErasmusPlus Key Action KA2 were Laura Menéndez, from the Facsa-UJI Chair, presented the success cases H2OMap,which serves as a guide for future Erasmus+ projects.
