@TUIUK Holiday cancelled on 14th March and advised on 16th refund would be 7-10days?!? Contacted again & told no plan or timescales for refunds! Not fair on your call centre taking these calls with no info from above. Please advise. #disgruntled #annoyed #reportedtogov #failed
