Earlier on in October the HADS’ team had a chance of participating in the Children’s climate card training in Gulu organised by @CAREUganda in the STEPS consortium
To serve the last mile refugee communities better, in the STEPS Consortium; HADS’ field teams in October held a monthly review meeting in Bukinda village in Kyangwali refugee settlements to discuss key protection issues arising in the community.

Over 75% of the population of Yumbe district is a population of the young people. And therefore, if we still continue to grapple with this high dropout rates in our schools, this means that there's quite a lot that we need to do - Asiku Abdulmutalib, Chairperson Yumbe district.
Our Kalangala Branch is hosting youth from @UgandaRedCross Mpigi branch for a two-day exchange visit filled with dissemination of Red Cross principles, community service, HIV awareness, disaster preparedness training, and games!
