@lpoolcouncil, We've been waiting for a new parking pass since March, understandable given the current circumstance. Told to display applcation #. We've been self isolating and went for test today to find 2 parking tickets. During a pandemic, surely some compassion would be used?

Reason: wasn't sent properly by Liv Council, wasn't told, was told to keep putting note and it was on it's way. Was informed the tickets would be cancled by Cllr Small. Eventually got a new pass and acknowledgement that it was a Council problem. Tickets still active £4k in fines!

Liv council have hired bailiffs to pursue £4k in incorrectly issued parking fines against my nurse girlfriend. She was working at Alder Hey during lockdowns in 2020.

They aren't responding to emails from me or my Cllr. What can we do?

Context: Parking pass expired got some tickets, paid them. Applied for new one, COVID so can't get one right now, told by parking services to put note in window and carry on parking. Did that and no tickets for a little while, until they started again, still no pass.

(My experience of) No symptom COVID testing in Liverpool is exceptional. Super professional staff, streamlined process, and results in under an hour.

Gives me hope for what could be.
