@garybembridge@HALcruises I have done three transits but never from the Pacific to the Atlantic, I hope to do that for my yet to be booked, 4th transit. And yes Gary, each time is as exciting as the first and you always spot something you hadn't noticed on previous transits. Well I do. 🙂

@HALcruises I have tried to over 3 days on several browsers to book a cruise and I keep getting this message. Guess I will go to another cruise line. If it's this difficult to book, cant even imagine how difficult it is to manage.
@HALcruises That was the tip of the iceberg but thanks for making me do a price calculation on every purchase. It made me realize how deceptive your pricing is. Not to mention that you make offers beforehand then repudiate them without any explanation at all.

@HALcruises I stopped cruising with you 8 yrs ago because of the way you nickel and dime your passengers. Took my 1st HAL since then and things are better and WORSE. 18% added to all = deceptive pricing. It’s not a service charge when u add it to a service charge like corkage
