@virginmedia I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my new iPhone to be delivered - it has gone missing in transit… You are investigating it? Yet I can’t get any updates from online chat or when I call. No one knows anything & u keep telling me there is an investigation in progress! WTF
@virginmedia Tried to get through on Monday but you were so busy I waited for 40mins then just gave up… I would say you are doing “nothing at all” with my investigation (I can DM you my ref. No.) as the delivery box you were supposed to collect at beginning of Dec is still on my desk…😔😔😔
Whatever you do - do not use @AdmiralUK to insure anything... EVER..Awful customer service - and very very hard to contact them... I want to cancel my insurance policy - on hold for 40mins and they are now saying it will cost £96... ! Nearly £100 to just cancel?? #insurance#van

@AdmiralUK I don't want to renew my policy. You won't let me do it online and your phone queue is an hour long.

I am beyond frustrated with @AdmiralUK. 10 months after an accident, I am still trying to sort out my son’s claim. I have spent over 40 minutes today trying to contact customer services who said call claims and vice versa. Unable to insure my son until this is resolved 😡
@AdmiralUK made 5 attempts to call you this evening and on every occasion got through but never to the right dept. Understand you have a new triage system in place today but get it fixed soon please as you customer service is currently the worst I’ve ever experienced
